Great gym! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Workouts are also good and intense. 10/10 would definitely recommend this gym!
I enjoy each instructor. They motivate me to be better and improve. Each instructor has their "thing" which keeps each workout diverse and intense.... which is what I prefer. I come here for serious workouts and they provide those. I leave tired, sore, and beat, but thats what I want and expect when I leave the gym. We live, we laugh but most importantly, we lift. This gym has given me more than just gains, and I appreciate the staff and their support throughout my healing journey.
I’ve been here for about a month now and let me tell youuuuuuu ! if you think you can sweat ??? come to these classes 😭. i’m about to go off to bootcamp in November so i wanted to prepare myself & it’s been amazing!!! My sister came to a class with me and she’s currently in the navy, her exact words were “i wasn’t even this sore in bootcamp” we all started dying laughing. If you really wanna lose the weight, join this gym immediately! They treat you like family & will support you 100%. I absolutely love it here
