Unprofessional and unprepared. I made an appointment to have a radio unit replaced on my partner's Subaru. The man on the phone was friendly and helpful with getting a quote, but that's about where the good ends. I specifically asked for ensuring the steering wheel controls worked and that the backup camera worked as normal. Got a sub and amp installed on my BMW. Carlos and his team were great to work with and the install came out super clean. It didn't hurt that they have me a great price. Highly recommend.
