Insane Athlete is an amazing place to train! The facility is clean, well-equipped, and has a motivating atmosphere. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely supportive. Great environment for anyone looking to improve their fitness and performance. Highly recommended!
David is literally the best trainer I've had. I'm so happy we stumbled upon him just by browsing Google maps. Two of my friend and I have been training with David for several months now and we're definitely gonna continue. Highly recommended.
I've been going to David for years. After taking a break from the gym during Covid I had to deal with chronic back related issues. David has been great integrating the exercises suggested by my physical therapist. Now that I'm getting stronger, he appropriately pushes me to improve. As a personal trainer, he is fully present and highly skilled. I can say without reservation, that having him as a trainer is benefiting my overall health!
Very well equipped gym with great atmosphere and great people!
