I got a groupon for her lash lift and eyebrow laminate. Ended up trading in. She said she can’t book me for a month out and is busy. Not what i was expecting. I bought 2 different groupon from her and was so disappointed. I regret not listening to the negative reviews she has about the same issue. Please keep in mind you might not get any kind of appt with her for months.

I booked through groupon & used the booking calendar to book a date and time. I received a confirmation. Pretty straightforward.....or so i thought! I received a phone call from an extremely rude lady at 9am advising me that the TIME was unavailable for that date. I asked for another time & she said "I already told you there is no availability for that date!" She in fact did not, but insisted she did. Emily is Great. She is so good at her job, my face is glowing with just a regular facial. I can't wait to try other ones. Don't look any further she is the best in town. She's such a kind lady and explains everything she does on your face. Her hands feel amazing on face. I'm a regular customer just after one visit.
