I had a very unpleasant experience at this smoke shop. The woman who served me was very rude and unprofessional. She was on the 2 PM shift, had short, yellow hair, and from the start, she made faces at me, spoke to me rudely, and treated me badly for no reason. Furthermore, she refused to open my customer account without giving me a clear explanation, which I found to be a complete lack of attention and respect for the customer.
