When I first rocked up, I was a little suspicious of the place based on the looks of the building. But let me assure you that Sam and his team are highly professional based on my experience, as well as that of the Redbook Inspection mechanic that I hired to look at the car, that has dealt with them multiple times. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a car from them again.
We recently purchased a 2015 BMW 1 series with the help of Sam. We went to the shop one weekend morning, took the car for a test drive and signed the papers all on the same day. Sam was very informative with the car's history and current condition. I and my husband are not mechanic experts but the car looked well kept and the interior still looked clean and well maintained. So I just bought my new landrover Defender from INS garage Oakleigh, and I want to thank mike and team for the wonderful experience. They all were truly professional and helped me out till the end until I got a really good deal, and also they gave me a really good offer with my trade in vehicle. Their finance team especially Alex who kept me up to date with all the information and helped me out throughout the process. I would highly recommend INS garage for buying and selling cars.
