The physical therapist Vince was excellent. However, the front desk told me that they were in network with UMR and charged me accordingly. Fast forward, now I'm receiving a bill for $820 for 10 appointments. My insurance says they were out of network, so I'm responsible for full payment. Not to mention, almost every appointment I had was with the PT assistant. Every appointment I had with her felt like a waste of money. With In Reach PT I’ve been able to get more strength in my lower back section and understand the functionality of my back muscles, I had a good progress and would definitely recommend.
Vince is an amazing DPT and Megan, his assistant is so pleasant to work with. They both made my dad feel really welcome and comfortable every time he sets foot in there. I found Vince back in mid August to work with my dad 3x per week. My dad who has been battling with Parkinson's really enjoys working with him. We can tell that my dad has more energy now than prior to starting this program with Vince. We're so thankful that we found someone who's knowledgable to work with our dad.
Vince and the team at InReach are very easy to work with. They are very supportive and communicate reliably. Thanks for all your help!
