My front door was leaking water into the basement and speaking with Chris, he was confident that he could fix the problem. He assigned Steve and together they removed all the rot and rebuilt from the subfloor, tiling, new door, better flashing. I also added some aluminum roofing and capped the peak roof sidewall instead of painting.
