We have partnered for many years with INPHO Information On Hold. Back in the early days they had to stop by and change out cassette tapes to change messages. Thank goodness technology improved. It is a simple, no hassle process now to change messages anytime, as needed. And we have done that many times over the years. I especially appreciate Debbie Smith and the staff for really caring about our business and the image those messages convey. We have been using INPHO on Hold for several years now. Not only do they provide a good product, but the service the provide is great as well. They are always providing reminders to change the on hold messages during the seasons. And they are also very timely with change requests. Could not be happier.

Love this company. The recordings they provide are excellent and very well organized. I was easily to upload numerous recordings into our phone systems with no questions and no issues. Response time is great too. We refer our clients to them.
