If I could give them zero stars for how they handle mental health emergencies, engage with their patients, and set their clients up for success upon release, I would. Was astonished what I witnessed with a family member.
They need to install some juiced up outlets in there or hire someone else to do it. I hooked my phone up for over an hour and I went from 4% to 13%. Would rate one star but it does work and also the ladies at the help desk right beside it are so nice. :)
Plays favorites and beats up patients for policy, also exacerbates symptoms with inept care. Luckily they over medicate and lie to their patients just enough to make them scared they'll go someplace worse. So it's peaceful. Plus it does deny patients they don't know and seems to believe a corrupt file is the best file. I am scared to be treated here.
