Billed the wrong insurance for my dead relative despite cards being copied at the hospital. Never sent a bill. Then sent the elderly widow to a collection agency to harass her. Worst company ever!
These people are unethical. I had spine surgery at Ascension St. John in Harper Woods. I guess they stuck their heads in the room each day for 3 days. Instead of billing my medicare or sending me a bill, they turned it directly to a collection service. Try straightening that out when you're trying to heal. My surgery was in May and I'm still dealing with it!
