Staff is terrible. No professionalism at all.
Saw Dr. Grover for over 20 years. He is truly one of the best in the Houston area.
My experience with Dr. Pawan Grover has been very frustrating. The Doctor himself is wonderfull and takes good care of his patients, it is a shame that his staff is so unprofessional and rude that lead me to make the decision to go to another practice. I wish he was more aware of this situation, and by looking at another patients reviews I can see this is an ongoing issue.
