Very difficult to reach the billing department, and overall the office and billing department have very poor communication. I am on a payment plan, but payments don’t seem to be tracked correctly and I still received a bill. When I try to call, I can’t get through and the voicemail box is often full. This has been very frustrating and confusing. They need to improve communication and customer service

I had been experiencing leg discomfort for a while. I scheduled with Inovia for a consultation. They were very professional, helpful, and friendly. I had ultrasounds completed and the technician was professional and made me feel comfortable. Their team submitted my ultrasounds for approval & my insurance approved it. They scheduled me for surgery about 2 months out. I had bilateral great saphenous vein ablation with sclerotherapy at this vein clinic, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Following the procedure, I developed nerve damage and numbness in both my lower and upper right leg. I was repeatedly reassured that the numbness would go away with time, but it has now been over 8 months with no improvement.
