We used Inovative Interiors to produce and fit 5 cupboards/bookcasas/kitchenette fittings. I couldn't speak highly enough of the quality of their workmanship. Glen and his team were extremely, helpful, proficient, polite and pleasant to deal with. Their prices were very competitive. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work. We recently had two wardrobes installed by Innovative Interiors, and we couldn’t be happier with the result! Glen and Ben did a fantastic job. They’re clearly in high demand, so it can take a little while to hear back at times, but the wait is absolutely worth it. Hopeless, wasted my time on multiple occasions and simply just stopped answering his phone. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere
Absolutely hopeless! Made 3 attempts to visit the showroom within advertised business hours, plus made calls that weren’t answered. Eventually got into the office to arrange a measure and quote. On the day arranged no one turned up. Rang up to inquire what was happening? Didn’t even have my details and was told we must have forgot! Suggested I make another appointment next week! Obviously customer service is not one of their priorities.
