The call center does not have their shit together. I called to schedule an appointment and was told their first appointment is in December. The operator tech Dominique told me to ask my doctor for a stat referral. I did it was sent on Friday. Unfortunately, I spoke to Taylor today who is the most useless call center agent. Told me I have to wait 24-48 hours for fax to be processed even for stat referral. Spoke to Dominique who is parroting Taylor now.
