I spoke with this location 3 times to schedule a flu shot for my 18 month old child who cannot get her vaccines anywhere but a primary doctor. We recently moved into the area and have been trying to establish ourselves at a new family practice. This location received access to all of my kids prior health records, have seen our kids 2-3 times for sick visits and yet when I arrived for her flu shot I was told that she needed a well visit before she could get her flu shot. Don’t ask the front desk lady any standard questions. She’ll make you feel like an idiot. Not a great look, guys.
Heather is a fantastic NP .She listens to you and is a very friendly, nice person. I recommend coming to this office.
Told I had a 0 co pay for my insurance then I'm sent a bill for 300, I will never come back here again even if I'm dying, I will never trust this place
