Dr. Sawant saved my life. By diligently reviewing my Kaiser records, she found i hadn't had a PSA. Turns out, i had very serious prostate cancer. She also noticed my kidney function was low and ordered the tests that found my kidney cancer. She takes the time to listen, reads your charts, answers questions you email to her, and really cares! The nurses and admin staff are equally as helpful and caring.
I spoke with this location 3 times to schedule a flu shot for my 18 month old child who cannot get her vaccines anywhere but a primary doctor. We recently moved into the area and have been trying to establish ourselves at a new family practice. This location received access to all of my kids prior health records, have seen our kids 2-3 times for sick visits and yet when I arrived for her flu shot I was told that she needed a well visit before she could get her flu shot.
