Biggest concern, patient identification being spoken out loud is a Hippa violation. That’s how other people/patients can found out other patients information like address, phone number, etc. Also preferred names should be used if patient wants to use a preferred name. The Kiosk rarely works and after using it to check in you are still required to check in with a rep. My PCP is fantastic! Dr. Rendall is knowledgeable, listens and is supportive. The facility is clean and pretty new. I never have to wait long and I get everything I need done in that location (lab, imaging, etc) I highly recommend!

The worst in the world i dont care how nice it looks the Dr is child like runs from issues and creates them i started munjaro in oct 2024 this lady had me at 2.5 for 2 months after me loosing 40 lbs the first month I worked hard I was morbidly obese and borderline diabetic I felt good about my progress I went in after the first month and she says you are loosing too fast so we're keeping the same mg its my body I feel fine and do not want to be diabetic after the second month I complained about my fatigue minimal weight loss... read more
