What I find unfair and disappointing is that, in my previous visits, when I arrived on time and completed the check-in process, I was told to sit and wait until my name was called. This waiting period has consistently been no less than 10–15 minutes until a nurse comes to call me. After that, I am usually directed to the doctor’s room, where I must often wait an additional 25–30 minutes before the doctor arrives. The doctors, nurses, techs, and front desk staff are always very accommodating & hospitable. I’m very fortunate to have access to great care.
Not sure why this has such bad reviews. I love this facility it is always clean and efficient and has all my doctors in one place. Ali Zarandazchi, MD Is one of the kindest doctors I’ve come across. I tend to have panic attacks when at the doctor and he was so patient and kind. He took my complaints seriously and was very thorough and reassuring. My Phlebotomist was also incredibly sweet. I asked 3-4 times to make sure I could get blood work done in conjunction with my physical. When I scheduled the apt, when I arrived, with the nurse and as a note during booking. I was Informed the entire physical, including blood work would take 30 minutes. Once my apt was over, I was informed that the lab closed for lunch and wouldn’t reopen for 1.5h, and there was a long line in front of me. So if I wanted to get bloodwork done, I’d have to sit there for ~3h
This is my second time here at this brand new location. The first time was in May 2025 and I scheduled a physical but due to Dr. Gloria Okereke running behind which she stated to me she asked if I could reschedule. That now brings me to today's scheduled appointment June 27, 2025. I called around 12 noon to inform the office I will be running a little late and I told them about 10mon.
