Staff is unprofessional and rude. Don’t answer the calls , don’t call back I left voicemail to ask to assist to combine my appointment in different day to one. Front desk didn’t even bother to call just canceled my appointment. I was told my doctor not available and book my appointment with NP.Crawford . But I saw the doctor she was in the office. I wish I could give negative stars for this office. Absolutely the WORST customer service and communication. Don't waste your time. Dr Crawford is terrible and should lose her license based on discrimination. Are there not codes of ethics medical providers need to adhere to? Received a call telling me I'm too old to be treated by her after waiting 6 weeks for an appointment.
Booked an annual check up two months in advance (because they are constantly backed up by multiple months). They cancelled on me one week before my scheduled date without reason. I called the clinic to inquire and the person who picked up also didn’t know why it was canceled as there was no reason provided. Had to reschedule to a location that’s not easily accessible by public transit for me. Felt really disrespectful.
My doctor and the nurses are phenomenal. The lady at the front desk though… always impatient and cold. Never had a good experience with her though I will say she does respond back to emails and emergencies quickly. Lots of improvement and maybe remedial training needed there.
Highly recommend this urgent care. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Easy registration process. FNP Locsin was great. Thanks again!
