My doctor and the nurses are phenomenal. The lady at the front desk though… always impatient and cold. Never had a good experience with her though I will say she does respond back to emails and emergencies quickly. Lots of improvement and maybe remedial training needed there.
Highly recommend this urgent care. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Easy registration process. FNP Locsin was great. Thanks again!
I should have known by the reviews already… not coming back after today. How in the hell did I wait over 30 mins for blood work that was scheduled!! Meanwhile multiple patients walking in and getting called straight back. Then the phlebotomist tells me, oh they just added you 8mins ago. HOW when I’ve been sitting here for 30 mins. Then they forgot my urine I took last visit and had to retake again today. Not coming back!!! Clearly nobody is aware of what’s going on in the office & I work in healthcare myself, completely UNNA... read more

I showed up for an annual physical. I presented a document that the office wanted me to sign. I had questions and the front desk was ok with me clarifying the document with the dr. When the nurse took me back, she asked if I was going to sign the document and I explained the clarifying questions I had. The nurse was rude and dismissive. She told me that I am not able to discuss any health concerns I may be experiencing. I would need to pick 1 topic. This seemed odd to me and dismissive.
