Was at the ER on 8 and 25 of April,23. The service I received was just outstanding. Everyone is very caring and very professional. Would recommend it. Highly recommend this facility for anyone who needs urgent care!!!’
This location was my favorite Inova due to what was excellent customer service in the past. Today, I received the worse customer service ever with my mother 89 years old! After requesting attention multiple times and waiting 1hr and 30 mins, I left the premise with the prescription and without being attended to. The current staff, lack customer service and empathy. I will no longer visit the Inova at Lorton!
Horrible customer service not sure what’s going on there I show up to my appointment after they check me in they say they can’t see me they over booked and needed to come back next day. I leave the room and they call me to come back after waiting another 15 min the manager comes back saying I needed to do a virtual appointment. So much for taking the day off wasting an hour of my day after I confirmed and showed up fasting to my appointment to just be turned away. Will never come back again
