Sindhu patiently answered all of my questions and ensured I had everything I needed before seeing the provider. Her professionalism, clear communication, and kind attitude truly stood out.Thank you for your excellent service!
Lissette was super super helpful in scheduling my next appointment. Be sure to check in with her at the front desk when you check out. She will also go over any questions you have with e-checkin or rescheduling. It was super easy no need to schedule at home using my chart. She will get you scheduled right there as you exit. She goes above and beyond to make sure you won’t forget. Not too pushy like the other offices. Great job Dulles South.
My experience with Dr. Chandra Anjali was frankly appalling. This doctor is incredibly condescending and displays a truly arrogant demeanor. It felt like she had no interest in actually listening to my concerns as a patient. When I tried to engage in a basic discussion about health, mentioning that fever can help the body fight infections, she was immediately dismissive and flat-out told me that was "wrong."
