We had a wonderful experience at Inova. Every staff member we interacted with was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They were very understanding about the language barrier and made sure both my parents felt comfortable throughout the visit. I have been going to this practice for 10 years. I don't understand the negative reviews. Dr Patel is my usual doctor and I have always had good visits with him. He listens carefully and makes sure that he understands what I am telling him. He always seems on top of current medical thought. I have also gone to Dr V and found her to be friendly, professional and thorough. She, too, listens carefully. I saw Dr. Sunitha Venkatachallam MD last week , my experience was very bad she was so rude and unprofessional and since she entered the room I felt unwelcoming and left the office with a lot of questions was not being answered! I am not sure why she was treated me in such bad attitude! Unfortunately I expect that, the racism was the reason behind this unfair treatment.
🚨 Dr Irene Kiragu is horrible and don’t recommend her at all.She is rude and misdiagnosed me. I’m very disappointed with Inova for scheduling me with her. Warning stay away! You will not only get a huge bill for tests you don’t need but will be told you have the wrong condition!
This is an awful place. We had terrible experience with a Doctor and nurse practitioner. Both were awfully rude. They get ticked off by simple relevant questions and make you feel stupid for asking. It is unbelieveable to see how these people can behave. They should have the minimum decency when we are coming to them at the time of need and are vulnerable. It is unfair to pay so much money to see such unempathatic doctors. We will not be recommending this place to anyone.
