I love my doctor Dr. Hakima Bouhouch!!! Wouldn't have another primary care provider!!!
5 stars for Felicia! She was very nice and very caring which made the visit go smoothly and pleasantly.
I absolutely loathe having to speak to an AI chat bot if I need to call. It is truly the biggest middle finger to everyone, that you won't pay a human to answer the phone.
Staff is nice but super inefficient. They either need to staff up for the amount of appointments they schedule, or update their workflow. I came here for a physical and lab work and waited at least 20-30 minutes (past my appt time) for my scheduled appointment and then waited again for 30 minutes to get lab work done from the same appointment. All in all, I have been in the office for 2 and a half hours! The ER is better than this my gosh.
