My experience with this office is terrible . I was told by that i need B12 injections every 2 weeks and everytime I go they kept me waiting for at least 30 min before I said something THEN they foun out that the doctor order is NOT placed yet I DO NOT recommend this office
No wonder this place has a very low review, was there this morning to get a blood drawn for Labs. I asked the front desk office if they also do the Prospera Natera test blood 🩸 drawn for Post transplant patients and they told me me to just give it to the nurse/med tech, when I was finally called for the blood draw I have her the Prospera Box Kit since she was already drawn the blood 🩸- she told me “oh we don’t do that here”, I told her the front desk told me to just give it to you she replied with “the people in the front ... read more
We had a wonderful experience at Inova. Every staff member we interacted with was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They were very understanding about the language barrier and made sure both my parents felt comfortable throughout the visit. Special thanks to Kim, the nurse, who was kind and patient, and to Irene, who showed great professionalism and care. I have been going to this practice for 10 years. I don't understand the negative reviews. Dr Patel is my usual doctor and I have always had good visits with him. He listens carefully and makes sure that he understands what I am telling him. He always seems on top of current medical thought. I have also gone to Dr V and found her to be friendly, professional and thorough. She, too, listens carefully.
