Staff is nice but super inefficient. They either need to staff up for the amount of appointments they schedule, or update their workflow. I came here for a physical and lab work and waited at least 20-30 minutes (past my appt time) for my scheduled appointment and then waited again for 30 minutes to get lab work done from the same appointment. All in all, I have been in the office for 2 and a half hours! The ER is better than this my gosh.
I have consistently had an outstanding experience with NP Irene Kiragu🫶 not only does she listen and explain everything in detail but shes invested in my well being and making sure I’m well and healthy. I’m honestly so happy I have someone like her and most importantly her team because from the check-in to the nurses that are absolutely amazing to the check-out lady(iykyk) make sure I follow through with my prescription and next appointment. I had to find a new primary care doctor for my wife and me. I came across Dr. Bouhouch's name and Inova Primary Care - Chantilly practice. I have been more than impressed with the entire office. The ladies working at the check-in and out desk have been friendly, caring, educational and professional. For the first time in my adult life (almost 30 years), I've found a doctor where I don't feel rushed and seems to care about taking their time.
