I've been going here for about 20 years and have never once had a bad experience in all those visits. The entire staff have been unfailingly courteous and Dr. Vekatachallam is always attentive and warm as was Dr. Sample before her. I feel very sorry for those reviewers who are frustrated, but I'm not sure the practice is to blame in every case. Irene Kiragu was amazing. She listened to my son’s concerns and was able to address his needs quickly and efficiently. She is understanding and very reassuring. We felt that she took the time to get to the root of his problem. My son was not just a number or warm body. We are very grateful for her creativity and help.
I never see look like this health facility very poor service I called so many times to refill my prescription right now I don’t know what I do until I find doctor Don’t go this place
Both the times I have been there taking time off my work, the wait time has been more than 45 mins to an hour to either get the blood work done or to get to the provider. If I were to show 45 mins late for an Appointment, would that be okay and will I still get to the see the doctor? Please have some respect and consideration for your patients schedule/time and don’t take appointments more than what you can handle if you are under staffed.
