Under no circumstances should you go to this doctor’s office, ESPECIALLY if you are suffering from urgent medical or mental health issues. I struggle to articulate just how bad this practice is. A culture of uncaring dismissiveness and outright cruelty runs rampant throughout the office, from the secretaries to the doctors themselves. The front office staff are profoundly rude. We like Dr Mahmud and they are very accommodating
I now understand all of the low reviews of this office overall. I've been here twice now for a physical exam and agree that front office staff is not pleasant to deal with for both in person visits. Additionally, when I called in Dec. to make an appointment I pressed 1 to make a new appointment I was taken back to the main menu instead of connecting to the office over and over. I finally called central booking that got me an appointment at the Springfield office, and told me that this Burke location had no appointments open.... read more
I have been going here for last 4 years and every time you visit it’s worst than before. Requested a refill almost a week ago still waiting. I could’ve literally make a new appointment with a much competent doctor and get the refill. These people don’t give a crap. The useless administration staff is even worse than the doctors themselves. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this place all together, nothing good coming out of here.
Omara is the best blood tech I’ve ever had. She was so kind and she made the experience quick and painless!
