I always receive great care from Nathan the PA. What I hate is you can’t even reach the front desk there anymore. Ever since INOVA bought them, this office has lost its human touch. Most of their patients (as far as I see when I’m sitting in reception) are elderly and yet it’s even difficult for me to figure out contacting the office without the app. Hate INOVA for doing this. Also, they don’t really care about follow up or check ins. If you call, it goes to robots and a call center.

The receptionist Tanya is no kidding the rudest person I have ever come in contact with. A man came in with a concern about a health issue and she was absolutely rude to him. Cutting him off when he was speaking. Ridiculous. The worst part? When he left she started laughing and talking about him to the other receptionist saying how silly he was. Wow 👌🏼
I’ve always had a great experience at this doctors office. The doctors are knowledgeable and genuinely want to help. What I don’t get is leaving a bad review based on the front desk and resulting in a bad impression which turns people away from good medical help. Please reconsider your review to reflect the doctors good work and not the office staff.
