I came in today because I’m having chest pain and apparently my blood pressure was up extremely high. They didn’t do anything but the x-ray on my chest and drew some blood and when I asked for a blood pressure pill, they had the audacity to tell me they did not have any and that they were going to let me go home so that I can go to the pharmacy and get it. This clinic is useless, despite their bragging best system in DMV area. They don't provide full service only selective services, when asked why the person on line did not know, its shameful to call themselves medical facility.
My daughter was VERY unhappy about having to be at the ER. The staff all around was very patient & helpful. Bringing her toys and talking to her to ensure she felt more comfortable. Highly recommend !
This is the worst place for care. I had an appointment scheduled for 1:00 PM and was about to leave at 12:30 PM when I noticed a missed call from them. When I called back, I was told the doctor I was scheduled with wasn’t available, and my appointment had to be rescheduled. Inova used to be known for excellent customer service, but now it seems like they no longer care about their patients. I’d recommend finding a place that truly values its patients.
