I actually come to the Emergency Room here. And I received very professional care and was given a proper diagnosis and easy to follow discharge instructions which were reviewed with me by the kindest nurse. In fact the PA and all the staff were absolutely amazing! The were so respectful and nice. They sent my prescription to my pharmacy of choice and it was ready by the time I got there. I am writing this review to warn others about the serious lack of communication and patient care at this practice. My experience with the office has been deeply concerning. It took nearly two months for the doctor to review my blood work, and it only happened after I was forced to call the office three separate times to demand attention. This is an unacceptable and dangerous delay in care. Despite my repeated attempts to get a respond were consistently ignored until I became persistent.
