Extremely unprofessional. No one responds to phone calls. I've waited on hold for 30-40 mins to speak with someone and ultimately selected the option to receive a callback - no one EVER calls back. I needed timely paperwork for my employer and my PCP took over 3 weeks to respond in the patient portal. When my PCP instructs nurses to call me, no one ever does. It takes forever for someone to get back to you when you call! I send messages on my portal and it takes over 24 hours for someone to reply. You never get to talk to a nurse or any medical professional only a person answering phones!
Dr. Maitri and Staff are excellent! Alicia, the NP and Danielle front desk are the best! Love Shi!
Worse place for care. No one replies to your calls. Very arrogant people working with no empty and no courtesy. Have to call for weeks on end to get a refill order. Everyone blames someone else for ignoring. Changing the doctor so don't have to deal with these....
