My daughter was VERY unhappy about having to be at the ER. The staff all around was very patient & helpful. Bringing her toys and talking to her to ensure she felt more comfortable. Highly recommend !
This is the worst place for care. I had an appointment scheduled for 1:00 PM and was about to leave at 12:30 PM when I noticed a missed call from them. When I called back, I was told the doctor I was scheduled with wasn’t available, and my appointment had to be rescheduled. Inova used to be known for excellent customer service, but now it seems like they no longer care about their patients. I’d recommend finding a place that truly values its patients.
They don’t care about what type of doctors the patient feels comfortable with, their “care” is not patient-centred, it’s only about what their policies are. They don’t care if you’re a woman and you have anxiety with a male obgyn during your pregnancy, and they will tell you to call other inova locations but other locations will respond the same way. It’s like they’ve communicated about the issue with all their nearby locations and keep making you run back and forth stressing you out as a pregnant patient.
I'm done with Inova for good, and this location made it final for me. Inova's doctors aren't bad, but the rest of their personnel are the worst I've dealt with of any of the NoVa healthcare systems. Layers of bureaucracy make it difficult to simply get in touch with the right person, and you'll get different answers from different people, depending on their level of laziness and/or incompetence. I had a truly disappointing experience at Inova Medical Group Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine (Dr.Faisal A Siddiqui) this doctor's office. From start to finish, the communication between the staff was chaotic and unprofessional. The staff had poor communication, didn’t cooperate, and seemed uninterested in helping patients.
