Worse place ever, front desk horrible, they scheduled an appointment for my son, I drove over 40 min to there for them to tell me they can’t provide care until get approval letter from the insurance even though the doctor wrote the referral and Medicaid confirm that they pay for it.
I was able to reach Nalani at the scheduling team and she was amazing! She took the time to find a location for me that was close to home and was able to get me in within a month, which was amazing considering most offices are scheduling sometimes two months out. She took the time to get all the info from me and alleviated the anxiety I get when trying to schedule an appointment yourself.
I just completed two months of physical therapy with Natalie and Mike, and I’m extremely satisfied. They are professional, attentive, and personalized my treatment plan to meet my needs. Their encouragement and expertise made a significant difference in my recovery. Highly recommend their services!
I want to give a big shout out to this office. It is filled with many great people who will do the best to provide the adequate care and help you improve for whatever issue you come in for. Tyler, Lorena, and Natalie R. did amazing! They are the best at lower back and I’m so glad I had the opportunity to be treated by them.
