Terrible Front Desk Customer Service – Creates Barriers to Care The physical therapists here are wonderful, but the front desk customer service is absolutely awful and rigid. As a working parent with young children, my schedule is incredibly tight. I called ahead to say I would be 15 minutes late due to traffic and was happy to take a shortened session. Called for initial appointment and the staff was so incredibly rude, I hung up. There are a dozen other PT providers in the area. Why choose one with a rude front desk?
