Called for initial appointment and the staff was so incredibly rude, I hung up. There are a dozen other PT providers in the area. Why choose one with a rude front desk?

The Therapists (and the entire staff) are fantastic! ***Special shout out to Vera and Nader, who were my primary therapists!*** I'm 58 and have never been to PT because everything always healed on it's own. Not this time. I strained a muscle on the back of my neck and it just would not heal. I saw a specialist in the same building and I chose Inova PTC from a list provided.
