Staff was super friendly. Dr. Kyles was wonderful to work with and provided some of the highest level of sports specific care I have seen.
How on earth can I talk to a representative on the phone to make an appointment? I’ve called twice and waited for 8mins first time and 10 second time but no one picked up the phone. They may have really good doctors but if they don’t take my appointment, I guess that means nothing to me. So frustrating!
I cannot recommend Tesia Sikorsky, PT, DPT highly enough. After major abdominal surgery, she completely transformed my 8-week recovery journey. Wow! These negative reviews about scheduling are not wrong. I just waiting on hold for 7 minutes without ever getting a chance to speak with someone and the call dropped. I’ll go somewhere else I guess.
