How on earth can I talk to a representative on the phone to make an appointment? I’ve called twice and waited for 8mins first time and 10 second time but no one picked up the phone. They may have really good doctors but if they don’t take my appointment, I guess that means nothing to me. So frustrating!

Wow! These negative reviews about scheduling are not wrong. I just waiting on hold for 7 minutes without ever getting a chance to speak with someone and the call dropped. I’ll go somewhere else I guess.
I like my new care first insurance , my doctor also the team and the new beautiful clean building.
