Incompetent, they were applying incorrect treatment, not what has been ordered by the doctor. On my investigation, arrived to appointment next week only to find out that they did nothing to get sign off for the correct treatment and I wasted all day, taxi fare etc. only to arrive to the appointment in vain. Defied the whole purpose of the whole therapy, complete waste of time.
Larissa Sabatose is really terrific. She has powerful fingers, and makes you work hard, but is superb, and has worked on my neck, shoulders, and left hip. She is absolutely 5 stars!

This PT facility is pretty nice. Appointments can be difficult to get at the time you want if you don't make your appts in advance. There are about four physical therapist that work here that I have received treatment from. Larissa is the best! She works you hard to strengthen and loosen your muscles. She also performs dry needling and massage and does a great job! Renee is also really great and attentive. Greg however...not so much. Nice guy. I just visit 4-5 time , I have a back neck problem. In this visit I love their treatment, they all are good, i m treat with Larissa, she is very good I like her treatment, thank you.
