I'm new to dealing with this practice but the Black woman at the front desk is too rude for me. I don't understand why people seek employment in these roles just to show that they have no respect for the human condition. Women come in needing care for all manner of conditions. Some of us come in already stressed or anxious. How could it help to have your initial encounter be with rude and dismissive people? Also, why did she ask if my husband was still active duty? Upon hearing that my doctor (Dr. Bina) left the practice, I went inside to see if they knew where she had gone to and the young black woman at the front was quite arrogant. She also didn't look professional. I am a black woman .. her braids didn't look sanitary. Please talk to her about her appearance and her attitude.
Dr. Erin Perucci is such a great doctor; incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. She takes the time to listen, and my visit never felt rushed. The nurse and front desk staff are all friendly and willing to help with anything you need. I’m glad I finally found my gynecologist; someone I can trust and feel truly comfortable with. My only wish is that, like before, the office offered UTI testing on-site as well. Overall, highly recommend!
This place gets a 2 star because of my amazing doctor, Dr. Bina who helped comfort me during the awful experience that i had with the front desk in which was VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. the african american lady at the front especially….she broke HIPAA by talking about my symptoms within earshot. I spoke to her over the phone while having a medical emergency in which she was GIVING medical advice (which is not what her job entails…) and even then she was rude as well. Five stars to Dr. Albright, Dr. Perrucci and Dr. Bina. Zero stars for the front desk, specially the African-American lady. She is super arrogant. Doesn’t talk properly, shows a lot of attitude. Very disrespectful front desk staff. I was running late five minutes with my wife to one of the appointments and when I call them to give them a heads up, she said we have to reschedule.
