Doctor Ngan is one of the most caring, compassionate, and amazing doctors I’ve ever worked with. Infertility and gynecological issues can be so complex, but she never makes me feel rushed or unheard. She always tries to help find solutions to every question I have. I am honestly so thankful that I found her. She truly goes the extra mile for her patients. Highly recommend.
Dr. King is absolutely amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a highly effective communication style. Her bedside manner, dedication, caring nature, selflessness, and genuine kindness are rare. She is a true blessing and deserves way more than 5 stars. ❤️
Completely negligent practice. Practice ignored multiple messages from current patient and went 16 weeks without scheduling appointment for prenatal care.
Trying to get an appointment over the phone is ridiculous, you’re just going to be sent to someone who is working from home with their children and spouses yelling in the background so your patient information is likely not even private.
They have no idea about managing time. I arrived 20 minutes earlier to my 11am appointment and left without seeing the doctor at 12pm. I was told that I may not see the doctor and be able to leave at around 12:30pm. which is 1 hour and half from my appointment time. What kind of practice is this? why not just schedule what they can manage to see instead? It is too greedy to make money while inconveniencing patients. I will never go back to this particular location.
