Dr. King is absolutely amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a highly effective communication style. Her bedside manner, dedication, caring nature, selflessness, and genuine kindness are rare. She is a true blessing and deserves way more than 5 stars. ❤️
Completely negligent practice. Practice ignored multiple messages from current patient and went 16 weeks without scheduling appointment for prenatal care.
Trying to get an appointment over the phone is ridiculous, you’re just going to be sent to someone who is working from home with their children and spouses yelling in the background so your patient information is likely not even private.
They have no idea about managing time. I arrived 20 minutes earlier to my 11am appointment and left without seeing the doctor at 12pm. I was told that I may not see the doctor and be able to leave at around 12:30pm. which is 1 hour and half from my appointment time. What kind of practice is this? why not just schedule what they can manage to see instead? It is too greedy to make money while inconveniencing patients. I will never go back to this particular location.
I have had an excellent experience over the last 2 years with NP Laura Shernit. Her bedside manner and care is unparalleled. Truly one of the absolute best. I give her care 5 stars. I recently tested positive for a pregnancy test after a very long journey through IVF - I was looking forward to scheduling my first prenatal appointment with this practice.
