I had a very frustrating experience at this sleep study center. For an appointment scheduled at 7 PM, they didn’t bother to mention in the instructions that after-hours check-in requires going through the emergency room entrance. Since it’s a sleep study, it’s obvious patients will be arriving after hours, yet there was no guidance provided. Worked with Samantha L. (Patient Service Representative III) over the phone today for scheduling and she went above and beyond to help me understanding what to ask for, how to proceed with all possible steps anticipated, and made the whole entry into this realm such a warm welcoming.
Came for a CPAP titration study and had no issues. Staff were friendly and facility seemed clean, accommodating, and nothing negatively real worthy. Personal bathroom, shower, furniture, a television, queen size bed or maybe King, fan, and decent sheets. If I had to complain, the bed could be more comfortable but it was all right.
