Received great care & service from John and Mia on 6/15 for multiple MRIs. I had very specific orders and John made sure to call for clarification to ensure I had the right imaging done. He and Mia not only cared about getting the information correct, but did so with great care and patient service while I was in their care.
I have been going here over 20 years & have always been treated very well with kindness & they're helpful. I've never had a single complaint.
INOVA Mt. Vernon Is My Favorite Hospital For All Needs. Great Caring Staff. They All, Have Always Been Kind To Me. They Took Care Of My Medical Needs When I Didn't Have Insurance. The Staff Treated/ Treats Me w Respect. I Have Always Felt Safe There. I Am Forever Thankful. The Hospital and Each Department Is Not Huge and Overwhelming .
I had a CT done last week and still do not have the results. There is no excuse for it to take a week and my test has not been read yet. I will never use Inova for radiology again.
