I had to take my wife to the emergency room and was told to wait. The front desk staff were talking amongst themselves and laughing. I waited for 5 minutes and finally said something to them. I told them that when I walked into the Emergency Room it clearly stated "Emergency Room" and not the "Chill Room". Within seconds we were called up and helped.
