I have seen Dr.Thumasathit and Dr.Aparicio and their nurses are always caring and awesome. I always get outstanding care. Front desk is always very friendly and helpful. I love this place and all my family now comes here.
Iam 45 years old. I have gone to a lot of doctors that don't have bed side manner. Dr thumasat hit is the best doctor I have ever had. He listens as well as empathy. I will never go anywhere else. I live 40 miles from there and it's worth the drive.
One of the worst medical facilities in Mesquite. They seem to over book appointments so be prepare to wait. Once the co pay has been made, you'll wait even more. When you make it to the exam room, an extended wait will take place. About 40-60 minutes. Don't expect anything to be done right at INOVA. They can not even call the pharmacy to submit a prescription, even after I provided them with the name, phone number, and fax.
