I had an excellent experience as a new patient at this location. Office staff was courteous and efficient. Nurse was kind, patient and explained everything as we went along. I saw the NP, Corin, and absolutely loved her. Personable, great bedside manner, kind, patient, knowledgeable, mindful…basically everything you would want in a care provider. This practice knows what they’re doing. I’m only here for gyn care (not ob), but based on my experience, I would highly recommend them.
Taking my wife to this office. Doctors especially Dr. Li and staff are very helpful and nice never had any issues with them. Only problem I have is sometimes it is hard to reach out to them through phone and i think it is because they’re getting too many calls 🤷🏼♂️
My wife like this clinic the doctor really took the time to listen to all our concerns and provided good plans and options very professional.
This office is getting worse as far as front desk, they are rude and unprofessional. Always give you an attitude and are never willing to help. Also it’s so hard to get an appointment with your regular doctor, they send you 2-4 months out AND suggest you to keep calling to check if there is a cancellation or opening. Minding you need to spend a 30-40min to get someone answer your call !
