So far, so good. Saw Dr. Dastmalchi after some findings on test from my PCP raised concerns. I was taken on time, Dr. Dastmalchi was easy to talk to and explained what she wanted to do next. Another test is scheduled for this week.

If there was a zero option, I would have chosen that. This office has gone down horribly. Despite them encouraging you to use the My Chart, No one ever responds to your request . The Representatives answering the phone are operating just as a robotic machine. It’s very sad. You need to have a summon in order for them to let you talk to the operator Management. They are lucky to get a 1 after being in ER and having the ER wait 30 minutes to speak to anyone. Called to make folliw up appointment is 2 months from now. Follow up care in 2 weeks also took 5 weeks. Not so happy

The front desk and appointment process is awful. Passed off by inova operators with long waits to answer. When I finally talked to the disinterested front desk person I never got an appointment because according to the nurse she consulted, I had to get a referral (I’m on Medicare and a call to the Medicare Advantage policy folks confirmed that a referral was not required). The call ended with no appointment. INOVA healthcare and the healthcare system at it’s worst.
