I have visited Masha ten times in the past month and it has been a wonderful experience. I injured my right shoulder while lifting dumbells early this year and the pain in my shoulder has been keeping me tossing and turning all night. Masha was a great listener and took her time to answer all my questions and explain the details of any conditions. Paul Lastova is the best PT person I’ve ever known. He can figure out the most complex of issues and explain it in laymen’s terms. He fixed an issue I’ve been struggling with for 8 years in 4 short weeks.
THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE THEY DONT WORK WORK WITH YOU FOR SCHEDULING. THEY ALSO DONT EVEN MAKE IT EASY TO CONTACT THEM TO RESCHEDULE OR MAKE YOUR OWN PLAN. THEY ARE VERY VERY RUDE.. BEEEEWAAARRREE. THE INOVA DIRECTOR NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THEM. ALSO THEY DONT ACT WITH A PROFESSIONAL. MANNER ON THE PHONE. THIS PLACE DEFINITELY NEEDS BETTER SCHEDULING STAFF AND CARE
