I made an appt to have my cholesterol checked. I completed the online check-in without any issues. Upon arrival, I was greeted & signed in quickly & efficiently. It seemed like I just sat down when I was called in for my blood draw. The phlebotomist was super - barely even felt the draw... Definitely recommend Inova!
Tell me my co pay is 0 then send me s bill of 300, scam doctor, will never go back, when you call to talk about it they don't answer or call you back, I will never see another doctor again don't care if I'm dying, the he'll with them all
They don't send the lab results to the Dr. that made the order for them. If you make an appointment and they say they may be able to get you in early, they won't. The tech was fine, but what is the point if they don't give the results.
