I've only been to this location once but have officially spent twice the amount of time on hold than I ever spent being seen for lab work. This has been a frustrating experience to say the least. 45+ minutes spent on hold to speak to someone after receiving a voicemail from them to call them back after having lab work done is ridiculous. I have yet to speak to the woman who called me to even learn what the purpose of the call is...
