Well… I really hate leaving negative reviews but my experience has been awful. I wish I had honest reviews from others to better inform me. I had blood work done two months ago and found out the results were not sent to the ordering doctor when I visited him yesterday to go over the results. When I called the lab, the woman told me the results were not sent because I did not give the doctor’s fax number. I said I would have been happy to get the fax number off my cell phone when I stood across the staff person who confirmed ... read more
Very nice staff. Would happily go again.
I finally went to LabCorp instead. This location seemed understaffed, with too many people waiting for lab work (blood test). A couple people were coughing uncontrollably and I left to avoid the possibility of getting sick. They need to hire more staff.
Phone call On hold 30 minutes waiting to talk to a “team member”
LOST ALL RECORDS OF MY BLOOD WORK - Went in on March 16 for blood work at McLean office at 6845 Elm St. Called my doctor three weeks later to learn the results and was told he never received it. Called INOVA today and they have no record of anything being done other than I showed up that day "and then left." No urgency in the voice of their representative that they lost my lab work which was ... duh! ... rather important. They just kept reading off their screen that they had "no record of it."
