We went to this lab thinking we scheduled it for that day and it turned out we accidentally scheduled it for the next day. The staff person kindly changed it to this day. When we brought our son in for the blood work, she did a professional and fantastic job. Our son didn't even notice the needle. Thank you so much for your customer service and kind treating of our little one.
Went as a walk-in for my son to get labs prescribed by his primay care practioner who is not part of INOVA. Wait time was only about 20 minutes and tech was quick and good at keeping my son relaxed .
Today I went for my bloodwork they open @8 and I was there 7:45 so I can be the first one . Lady opened door @8:00 am. No one else was there. So I signed in and sat down . Lady said sit down. No good morning no nothing. Anyway other than patient cam she said do you have any appointment person said yes, 8:15 Instead, she take me first she said to that guy come and she did his blood work first.
