I've been going to this location for many years without issue because it was recommended by my employer as the most cost-effective option. That has proven true as I've never been charged for laboratory services rendered at this location. However, there was an error with input for my last visit that led to inappropriate billing. I have been to this lab many times. The staff is friendly and courteous and helpful. The waiting time is minimal and I would highly recommend. I won't name the other labs in the area but this lab is far and away better than any of the others.

I have been to this lab many times. I have always been very impressed with the staff and their friendly attitude. Since they take walk in’s as well as appointments it can be busy at times. I recommend arriving in the morning.

Staff here is super volatile in terms of customer service and politeness. We get it, yall deal with rude or frustrating customers however whoever the middle aged african American receptionist is, consistently has a rude demeanor almost everytime I come here… if you’re getting mad over customers with valid questions why work here in the first place? Treat people how you would want to be treated, or find a different job if you’re gonna be upset 24/7. People just want to get in for what they need, then go about their day. Do be... read more
