I have NEVER encountered rude behavior and have been a patient of this lab for over 3 years. I find them quick & efficient IF YOU HAVE THE CORRECT DOCUMENTS. I’ve witnessed ppl coming in with NO info as to WHY they’re at the lab. Maybe THEY ARE THE PROBLEM and not the staff.
I've been going to this location for many years without issue because it was recommended by my employer as the most cost-effective option. That has proven true as I've never been charged for laboratory services rendered at this location. However, there was an error with input for my last visit that led to inappropriate billing. After numerous calls to the insurance company and billing services, with repeated requests to compare claims for the most recent visit with past visits, it was determined that the wrong street address... read more
I have been to this lab many times. The staff is friendly and courteous and helpful. The waiting time is minimal and I would highly recommend. I won't name the other labs in the area but this lab is far and away better than any of the others.
I have been to this lab many times. I have always been very impressed with the staff and their friendly attitude. Since they take walk in’s as well as appointments it can be busy at times. I recommend arriving in the morning.
