If you can go to another location (there are lots), I recommend you do. I don’t recommend this place for lab work. My story: I had a 1:45 appt for blood work etc and I arrive at 1:28. Mr Lizama checks me in, says he doesn’t need my ID or insurance because it’s all on file. At 2:11, I ask him why the delay? He gets up, goes in back, comes back, asks for my insurance, then he goes back,then comes around and calls me back. No apology for his poor job performance and his wasting my time. They would have let me sit there forever ... read more
