They are awful! Sent the claim to the wrong insurance company and then refused to send it to the correct one. I called and talked to a rep with my insurance company on the phone and he hung up on us. I called his manager and left 3 messages and she never called me back. Awful customer service, and they should not be allowed to continuing caring for people.

Received a "refund check" that the girl at the accounting department told me was a refund to my insurance company. I am currently fighting with a debt collector over the same account. The account was paid in full 5 months ago, but they sent it to collections last month, and are now claiming my insurance is paying them for it... so they are sending a refund check TO ME that they want ME to give to my insurance company. I went in feeling very sick. They had welcoming staff to accommodate my symptoms. I feel much better with their recommended treatment.

Over charge, and doesn’t help with coverage, will send you straight to collections even if you try and pay.
