AWFUL! If you actually need competent service and records to go to your doctor, find somewhere else.I did a teledoc visit and had xrays ordered from that, which they sent the order here for. I showed up the next morning at open and it took over 30 mins to get registered because they couldn't find the order. Once that was figured out, xrays were done and that was it. Horrible and over charging with no proper explanation, then they send your random bill straight to collection. Avoid!!

They are awful! Sent the claim to the wrong insurance company and then refused to send it to the correct one. I called and talked to a rep with my insurance company on the phone and he hung up on us. I called his manager and left 3 messages and she never called me back. Awful customer service, and they should not be allowed to continuing caring for people.

Received a "refund check" that the girl at the accounting department told me was a refund to my insurance company. I am currently fighting with a debt collector over the same account. The account was paid in full 5 months ago, but they sent it to collections last month, and are now claiming my insurance is paying them for it... so they are sending a refund check TO ME that they want ME to give to my insurance company.
