I don’t know who is in charge of your billing department but whoever was on the other end of the phone when I just called with a question I had about billing is a jerk that was shaming me for paying a copay before it went to collections. A bill that I paid within the allotted time. This review relates to the processing of a payment for a MRI through my insurance companies. They were unable to identify my primary insurance from the secondary company. They sent me bill and when I called, they told me to call the insurance company to sort it out. Stay away from this location. The technicians are good but the business office is horrible.

Omg I went here on Friday October 10 2025 the Dr was awful & didn’t diagnose my symptoms said it was my back & I didn’t have that issue the nurse was wonderful please stay away from this place you will just pay & have no medical diagnosis

AWFUL! If you actually need competent service and records to go to your doctor, find somewhere else.I did a teledoc visit and had xrays ordered from that, which they sent the order here for. I showed up the next morning at open and it took over 30 mins to get registered because they couldn't find the order. Once that was figured out, xrays were done and that was it. They have not sent the results to my doctor and it's been over a week. I tried calling to see what the hold up is and the numbers they give you for this go nowhe... read more
