I've been trying for two days to get someone to answer the phone to schedule a procedure. I left number yesterday morning to call me back (no one did) so trying again today. Sitting here waiting. A couple of weeks ago had same experience, two days to get through.
I went there today an imaging procedure. Staff upfront was very professional and friendly as well. Rebecca performed my ultrasound and was also very professional and a wonderful bedside manner. Excellent visit!
Briana at the front desk was amazing! I went in to try to get an appointment before the end of the year, and she managed to schedule me quickly and efficiently, along with such friendly service. Will be back thanks to her hospitality :) Thank you for being so welcoming!
They don't answer the phone to schedule an appointment. I called twice and was on hold for over 1/2 hour. I hung up both times.
