Briana at the front desk was amazing! I went in to try to get an appointment before the end of the year, and she managed to schedule me quickly and efficiently, along with such friendly service. Will be back thanks to her hospitality :) Thank you for being so welcoming!
They don't answer the phone to schedule an appointment. I called twice and was on hold for over 1/2 hour. I hung up both times.
I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit. Unfortunately, my interaction with the imaging front desk staff was disappointing. The woman at the desk, who appeared to be Hispanic, was very rude and unprofessional. She seemed irritated when I asked a simple question, and I felt it was important to address it directly. As someone who also works in the medical field as a nurse, I kindly reminded her that speaking to patients respectfully is essential.
