Employees were courteous and knowledgeable. They provide excellent communication with regard to parking and entrance during non-peak hours. They were ready at my scheduled appointment time. My technician was very thorough and I received my results in a timely manner.

You’ll wait for hours while others who arrived after you are being serviced at a snails pace before you and the staff will be sure to be condescending and figure out how to inconvenience you even further if your order isn’t written by a doctor in their own network. Waste of precious time the receptionist doesn’t know what she’s doing for the imaging scheduling line she won’t accept my doctors order for my mri said it’s not enough information I called rayus in Fairfax they scheduled me right away she’s an idiot just like the inova doctors that’s why I don’t go to them I’d give 0 stars if I could how pathetic do you have to be?
I am very disappointed, I asked to send me my image reading ( report ) , they said they couldn't, I said I come to pick it when it is ready, she said get it from your doctor, ,, it is inconvenient , i or my insurance pay for service , INOVA denies to give the report to patient,
