Great experience yesterday. I needed a CT scan on my right knee. Chanelle, is a team member at the front desk. She took all my information and was able to schedule my CT scan. I waited a short time in their lobby and Peter, a CT tech came to the waiting area to get me. While Peter was preparing me for the procedure, I told him I was claustrophobic because I saw this machine that looks like a capsule and I figured I was going in it. Employees were courteous and knowledgeable. They provide excellent communication with regard to parking and entrance during non-peak hours. They were ready at my scheduled appointment time. My technician was very thorough and I received my results in a timely manner.
Come here if you want to add the experience of nasty attitudes, discrimination, and inconvenience to your ailment. You’ll wait for hours while others who arrived after you are being serviced at a snails pace before you and the staff will be sure to be condescending and figure out how to inconvenience you even further if your order isn’t written by a doctor in their own network.
