Front desk had a horrible attitude. Oh and also they send you to collections if your bill is a month overdue. Good luck. Was referred to the by Inova - never making that mistake again.
40 minutes passed waiting to connect to a rep to schedule an appointment and still the wait continues. This is very bad. I am angry and frustrated with INOVA appointment scheduling. Hanging up. There are other imaging centers who are quick and prompt to give you appointment. Very bad patient experience.
WORST WORST - THEY SENT ME BILL 10 TIMES OF THE ORIGINAL FEE STATING THAT THEY ARE OUTPATIENT. No one is there to correct the bill. NEVER GO TO THIS FACILITY
Either things have really improved, or else others were trying to keep this imaging center to themselves by giving it low stars. This was my first mammogram, and I was very nervous, but the technician Heather walked me through the whole process before we began and continued to check on me during each step. She was very careful to ensure my comfort as best as possible and put me at ease by talking with me as we went along. The front desk receptionist has such a bad attitude. She barely acknowledges you, she is rude with no manners. I asked for estimates for my orders, she didn't help me at all. She didn't bother to direct me where should I go. I called the billing department to get an estimate and they gave me the wrong amount. This people don't take seriously their job. Please stay away from this place.
