INOVA Alexandria Hospital is by far the worst iNOVA facility I have been in. The employees are not friendly, which has not been my experience at other INOVA facilities. They have not updated their website and EPIC system information with accurate information and procedures (i.e., they no longer provide valet for any services). When I attempted to express my concerns, no response. There is maintenance going on everywhere with no patient consideration. It is time for INOVA to bulldoze this campus, and try again.
Poor communication - drive my wife here for same day surgery and was not told that patients in recovery could not have guests present when we discussed right in front of hospital staff. 90 minute surgery turned into a 5 hour wait.
This is the worst of worst , what an awful awful place emergency stuff will let you die there , how come a care giver be so ignorant
