Was not overly impressed with my visit. Everyone was nice. But, dealing with practitioners doesn’t always get the same results as with a doctor. I had to come back a second time for more antibiotics, just days after my initial visit and they wanted to charge me for a full visit. Now I have to wait another two weeks to see my primary, which is what I was trying to avoid. I just hope it doesn’t become Pneumonia before then. Editing to say please save yourself and check yelp. From reading the other reviews that coincide with my own experience, I believe this office is actually billing insurance for more expensive services than necessary. To justify higher billing, they run extensive lab tests, imaging, or other procedures even if they aren't needed. My tests confirmed I was not experiencing a life threatening emergency, but I was sent to the ER nonetheless and this happened to multiple people. I was able to make an appointment quickly, hardly any wait, and, most importantly, competent medical diagnosis and follow-up for treatment
Easy to book an appt online. From the time I parked, it took me exactly 30 minutes to have my medication in-hand from Giant pharmacy. Quick, professional, and it's a super clean clinic. Would recommend for your minute clinic needs
Agree with all the other reviews saying the skinny lady with long black hair is extremely rude. She seems to have an attitude and really hates her job. The facility is nice and the NP (Sandra Zavala) was really great but this lady completely ruined the experience for us. I don't know how anyone can work with her when she has such a nasty personality.
