The med assistant at the front desk was super rude. Constantly cutting me off and just curt. gave a lot of conflicting instructions and got rude when I was doing it “wrong”. She also took my blood pressure incorrectly, but it was still in the normal range so I just let it go. Long hair, thin, black woman. Lovely appearance, but personality was ugly. At the opposite end of the spectrum was Soha, the FNP. A LOT of compassion and kindness flowed. People are in Urgent care because they are sick. A little empathy goes a long way.... read more
The staff and the Medical staff are very helpful
Staff and providers were great! Quickly in and out.
Very professional and prompt care.
Quick and easy walk in visit. Very professional staff. Very nice and attentive doctor. Would go back for medical services.
