The level of gross negligence is appalling and unacceptable. When a patient gets transferred in to this facility, how is it possible not to coordinate his medication/dosage/time? From the moment he was transferred, he waited over 3 hours for someone to attend to his issues. How good is rehab if you get the patient back to being sick? Administering medicine should be a basic baseline expectation. This site needs more stars. I have been in acute INOVA rehabilitation center for a week with sever injuries, I am going home early because the wonderful people in this group to include: nurses, nurse technicians, OT, PT, Speech therapist, the people who answer the phone when you are in pain or want a toothbrush. The day I came a police who belongs to this group maybe went to find my husband. Thank you Acute rehab people!!!

I stayed at Inova Rehab for 4 days to detox back in January. Upon arrival I was told by the ER staff and security that I was not allowed to keep any of my personal belongings. Therefore leaving me without shoes & in a gown. Once I got into the Inova detox facility I realized that everyone else there was able to keep their personal belongings. I went 2 days without shoes because staff lazily went to look for shoes and clothes for me out of storage. Luckily their secretary helped me after I was denied help from other nurses at... read more
